FAQ

Located in St. Louis, Missouri, Webster University provides a unique, individual approach to education. Within Webster, the Sargent Conservatory of Theatre Arts has been training students for professional theatre for over half a century. Performers, directors, designers, stage managers, dramaturgs, and technicians combine skill-based coursework with practical experience throughout their time with us. Our students graduate well prepared for the profession. One of the most distinguishing elements of the Conservatory is its integrated association with professional theatre companies, including:

The Repertory Theatre St. Louis
Opera Theatre of Saint Louis
St. Louis Shakespeare Festival
The Municipal Theatre Association of St. Louis (MUNY)
Variety Theatre
Arrow Rock Lyceum Theatre

The performance and production opportunities provided by these partnerships are unequaled at any other undergraduate institution.

At 5:30 and at 7:30 pm, our performance majors (acting, musical theatre) will perform a one-hour showcase of songs, scenes, and monologues.

To attend either or both parts of our Showcase, please RSVP at theatre@webster.edu.

Please let us know at theatre@webster.edu with your preferred contact information. We will relay your message to the students you want to see. Additionally, each student has a web page of their own listed in their profile, and you may contact anyone of them individually.
